how are the massages at AKL

Now that we finally made our decision on a resort, AKL, and made the reservations (yeah!) I was thinking about using AKL's fitness center to get a massage while we are there. Anyone have any experience with their massages? What kind of massages do they do?

very very nice and reasonably priced!!! with the full body massage they didnt do my feet ( you may have to get that seperate) the facial was lovely ( $55) massage ($95 i think)
in room massage was like $155.
they have my vote!!!
we just got back from 2 weeks there....you picked, I think the best resort they have. be sure to do the night vision animal viewing it was awesome!!! the pool and hot tubs are 24 hours and the temp is perfect everytime......be sure to do the breakfast buffet ooooh yum!
im booking this resort again for next year!!!! you will really enjoy it!!! have a safe trip and tons of fun!!!!

Can you arrange and pay for the massages ahead of time? I am surprising my DH and DD with a dec trip and want to have everything paid for so he cant fuss.

I had 2 there during our last trip, both by the same person. The first was great, the second wasn't. I would defintely go back though.

I had a great experience at the AKL spa. I had an aromatherapy body wrap and massage which was unbelievable! It lasted 2 hours and was about $175 - I think. I've also had an aromatherapy facial and DH and I got in-room massages at the same time. Great, great, great!

The best "Disney day" DH and I ever had was while staying at AKL. We had the in-room massages and then had room service deliever the in-room dining package. It was the most relaxing day I've ever had. Fabulous!
