How are the BURGERS at Beaches & Cream?

How are the BURGERS at Beaches & Cream? Are they just the "typical" burgers you find at the CS places in the parks?

DH and I both liked the burgers at Beaches and cream a lot, we thought they were much better than the CS ones we had at parks.

The B&C burgers are not the same burgers you find at CS places in the parks. They are much better.

I found them to be a bit greasy. I prefer B&C for ice cream versus burgers.

We've eaten at B&C maybe 12 times. On all but 2 occasions, the burgers were great. On the other 2 visits, both during the same trip, the burgers were very dry and over-cooked. We discussed this with the staff and apparently, they were not happy with the particular grill cook that worked during both our visits; they advised us to stop back on a different day of our trip when another cook would be working - we did, and the burgers were great. I hope the over-cooking grill person has improved, should we run into him again. For those who report less than great burgers at B&C, I wonder if they had the not-so-good cook?

As much as I like the B&C atmosphere, I actually prefer the burgers at the Yacht Club Galley to the ones at B&C. B&C burgers are thin and I prefer a thicker burger. But the taste has always been fine - it's more of a preference thing. Since I usually want ice cream at B&C, I get the burger at YCG, wander around a bit, and then stop later at B&C for ice cream (gotta love that No Way Jose).

As far as my wife & I are concerned, the best burgers on property. Yes, they're a bit more juicy than average (which in our opinion is GOOD), but they're not like any of the CS burgers on property. This is a burger WORTH eating!
