At Pizza Rizzos? We have two gf diners this trip and one is a pizza loving kiddo!

We're locals and DH is gluten-free; we've been to most of the QS pizza places including PizzaRizzo at WDW. He's been told by the chefs/managers that the GF pizzas are commercially available ones like Amy's, but they cook them in a pizza oven (dedicated, so there's no cross-contamination) and will add toppings (pepperoni, veggies) if you want. The actual brand seems to change from place to place and month to month, so no real way to predict. If your kid loves pizza and you're going to Disney Springs, check out Blaze - they have good GF crust (actually a couple of different ones) and a terrific variety of toppings. DH has had dozens of their pizzas and has never had a cross-contamination problem.

The quick service GF pizzas are sometimes pretty good, sometimes just ok, and in my opinion (going by my memory from back in the day before I went off gluten, as well as more recent opinions I hear from others), it's pretty much always better than the pillowy regular quick service pizzas. Those things are awful, though, so it's not hard to be better than them.
