As you haven't had a reply I'll do my best to answer though I'm not exactly sure. I think that if you go to the bridge to the left of Tusker House and walk towards the banks of the river you can see it from there. However my memory (and geogrphy) are not the best but I think it's round there somewhere.

I was going to guess that it is viewable from one of the "secret paths" around the Tree of Life.

I just Googled it and it says you can see it from the bridge as you walk into Camp Minnie-Mickey - which actually sounds right now I think about it.
