I feel so ashamed, but my Oprah letter still hasn't gone out because I haven't had the after pictures developed!!!

BUT, I took the film in today for 1 hour developing, and will scan the pictures and send my Oprah package out tomorrow!!!

AND, will then post them here.

Today's the day! My letter and photos go out to Oprah! I scanned in one of the before, and two of the after pictures.

Here's me before. I was 352 pounds, and this was taken in January of 2002 at The Land in Epcot, at the food court:

Here's one after photo. This is about 210 pounds or so, taken in April of this year at Niagara Falls:

Here's the other after photo. Same 210 pounds, and that's my boston terrier, Lucy, on the left, and my cockapoo, Matisse, on the left:

WOW!!!! Dan, you do not look like 210, how tall are you? I really hope you get on Oprah, that would be totally cool. Did you save any of your old clothes? Imagine standing in those old jeans now!!!! What a difference. You are such an inspiration.

Meriweather, take that picture, I wanna see the same pants in the before picture, with you holding them out like they do on TV!

DH did not take any pictures for me, he was too busy talking to a potential new employer, who happens to be in FL...... Not WDW, but at least in the right state!

Thanks! Mickeyfan, I'm 6'2". Everyone says I look like I weigh about 180 or so, but I assure you, it's a solid 210 in that picture. (205 now! Gotta have that cushion to play with!)

Minnie - I am definitely much happier. Glad I can give you a shot of inspiration. If *I* can do it, ANYONE can.

Kamy - BOTH your pictures are gorgeous! My before is horrid! Not only was I so overweight, but I just look miserable! You have a great smile, and a lucky husband!

I feel the same way about my before pic...absolutely horrid! You know what i think it is??? We just weren't happy with ourselves then...and that made pictures not so much fun!

I began induction (again) yesterday after completly going off ATkins for one week. I was stalling and getting bummed about it. I am hoping to jumpstart again and drop the 3 I gained plus 10-15................

Most of all, I want to feel good again...........This time DH is joining me with ATkins so I have more motivation to stick to it and not "cheat" even a little!!!
