Okay peeps, not long back in Scotland after a great trip to WDW that was marred by one incident. We visited Magic Kingdom on the 18th and everything was going great, we parked up my son's pram/stroller and headed for Peter Pan with our fast passes.

Ride over and we went to retrieve my 4 year old son's pram only to find that the magpies had been before us. Now, the pram was still there but gone forever where his spray-fan, his (scratched) sunglasses and worst of all, his well worn and well loved teddy bear. The spray-fan I can understand and maybe even the cheap sunglasses but who the hell steals what is clearly a child's favourite toy?

You will maybe understand my anger when you realise that this teddy bear had been in his possession since he was two weeks old and he was very, very attached to it and thanks to a thief, my son was in floods of tears in what should be his happy place. He was completely distraught.

My son is now under the impression that Tinkerbell will sprinkle his teddy with pixie dust and teddy will fly back home but I don't have the heart to tell him that won't happen. I pestered Lost And Found every day without success and left my details with them but it's not looking good. Thankfully he became attached to cuddly versions of Jack and Zero (he loves NBC) but he still asks after his teddy every now and then.

To the thief who stole me son's beloved teddy bear, thank you for ruining a four year old's trip to WDW. Here's hoping that karma comes a calling. :sad1:

That's disgusting. Your poor little boy.

It's best to always leave the favorite toy in the hotel room. My daughter once lost her favorite doll's ''shoe'' on vacation. Yes, shoe. We looked everywhere. I literrally crawled all over the mall, but couldn't find it. She was in tears. She stayed up all night refusing to go to sleep until she got the shoe back. To the point where I had to put on my own pair of shoes, and go out at 2am to see if it fell in the parking lot or lobby.

But stolen  Now that would have made me fume.

I am so sorry that happened to your son. We left so many items, including cameras, in our kids strollers and never was anything taken.
We just returned home last night after an 8 day stay and for the first time we noticed terrible behavior ~ a fight at Rock N Roller Coaster at Hollywood Studios that almost landed on my daughter, a woman screaming over a tardy bus at BW, late buses and one evening our driver drove to several resorts before taking us to our location. It took us 1- 1 1/2 hrs to get back to our resort after the MK fireworks.
Several times people cut in front of us during lines and once in front of my children during the Epcot fireworks on Saturday night. I politely told them that my children could no longer view the fireworks but they put their backs to us! Needless to say, I took care of that. By that time, I was frustrated.

Wow thats messed up! MK is supposed to be a Magical place....Ugh I am so sorry that happend. I wish your son the best.

I'm sorry this happened.
I am going to leave your thread up, but I am going to close it, so members can only read.
