I just got an email and a scrapbooking store I used to buy from is having their final going out of business sale. Everything at least 85% off.

Tentative sale dates are July 21-22, from 9-4, cash only. If there is a group of 5 or more, they will make an appointment for an advance sale for that group.

If anyone is interested, I'd love to get a group together

OOO- I will be in Houston the weekend of the 21st.... Hmmm, probably won't get to shop though. I am supposed to be helping my DB and DSIL move. And when I say helping move, I mean entertain 5 kids. DANG!

The sale will be at 6911 Mayard, Suites E & G. It's a strip warehouse (they cleared out the store already), the sign out front says "Mayard Service Center". They are one block SE of the intersection of FM 529 and Eldridge. They say they do not recommend anyone bring small children.

If I can't get a group of 5 together, I'll be heading up there Friday morning!

Moppety - definitely go in the morning - the place isn't airconditioned and it gets hot!!! Great deals though and I really miss Grammy's store - hers was the best! - I will probably be there Saturday morning. Happy shopping!!!

I went this morning and bought a TON of stuff. 85 sheets of paper & vellum, prolly 20 sets of aplhabet stickers, 20 tags, 10 sets of jolees, 4 pens and other stuff. $30.00 even!!!

They are the sweetest people too!
