Yes, I saw that article and the one right next to it about the vultures who are waiting for the bubble to burst....never thought of myself as a vulture, but if waiting by the sidelines makes me one, I guess I am!

I bought a townhouse...cause when the bubble bursts, people are not going to be able to afford single family homes and if they want land...they will want my townhouse!!

I still do not understand how people are paying these insane housing prices. Do they just not have any extras? any fun in their lives because it all goes to paying the mortgage?

How do new home buyers do it?

I just can't see this being sustained.
