Housekeeping - with split ressies

We have a 7 night, 2 bedroom ressies at VB that is split into 3 seperate reservations but linked togather under 1 reservation - if that makes sense.

Our friends as well as us, had points we had to use or loose. So the moms are being brave and driving the 5 kids from MI to FL for spring break. To use all of our points we booked "seperately" because they were banked points and we could not transfer them into eachothers account.

So we have 1 night under our name and then 4 nights under their name and then 2 nights under our name. We know the standard housekeeping rules but because they are under different names will our rooms be cleaned one extra time after the first night? Our will they not clean the room b/c all our junk is in it?

If the reservations are linked you will not have to change rooms between the reservations and the housekeeping services will be the same as if one of you had booked the whole thing.

Since you are staying 7 nights, you will get Trash & Towel service on Day 4. Check in Day is Day 1. Of course, you may order additional housekeeping services (and pay for them) if you want/need more than what is provided with the reservation.

A couple of years ago I had a reservation at OKW where I booked nights 1, 3 & 4 and a friend booked night 2. We had them linked. It was just like it was 1 stay, with trash & towel on day 4.

A linked res is treated as one continuous res.

Mousekeeping schedule will depend on the length of your entire stay.

I just received my confirmation letter for our stay November 28 - December 6. Because our use year is Dec it was easier to split the points for the stay and bank the left over 2007 points to our 2008 year. It is noted as a Continuing Reservation/Stayover with Full service housekeeping 12/1 and Trash/towel 12/5.
