House rental question

Hi. We are looking to rent a house for our next trip to Florida. We are looking for a 3-4 bedroom with a private pool and hot tub if possible. I would like to be less than 15 minutes from WDW. Anyone have any recommendations on places you have used in the past or web sites to check out. Thanks for your help.

We love Windsor Palms. We stay in a condo but it also has pool homes. It is a great community very close to the back entrance(Sherbeth Rd) so not much traffic. Check out www.vrbo.com and www.windsor-palms-resort.com

If you go to the www.vrbo.com site and click on the Kissimmee area, some of the subdivisions we've stayed in are, Formosa Gardens, Oak Island, Oak Island Cove, Indian Ridge, Indian Ridge Oaks, Indian Creek. These are some of the closest to WDW at about 5-10 minutes. Formosa Gardens is probably the most luxurious and expensive. Click on some of the homes to get an idea on what your family needs.

I have a great recommendation!
I stayed there last month. Its in INdian Creek. Disney is about 5 to 10 minutes away (all depends on the traffic). Its off of the Formosa Gardens Blvd turn! Its is a nice and quiet area!

The owner is very nice! He is quick to respond to any questions and etc.
It was 95 per night when I booked it in Feb. I think he raised it for the peak season which would be 99!

Just returned from a 4 bed house in Emerald Island, which you can find online at www.emeraldfootprints.com. I think they are booked solid through the rest of 2005, and I am not surprised, but we found it on www.orlandovillas.com which is a really nice web community who really look out for each other. It's direct rental from owner.

Since we had a pool we did not use any facilities, but EI is a new community as is WP. Any of these places, including Formosa Gardens, Oak Island Cove, etc are new and nice and close to WDW. They are all the same, clearcut subdivisions, rows of houses very close together, very uniform. I would never live there but it makes a great vacation!

We loved our stay.
