What should I be looking out for when I rent a house for APR-16?

Be sure to ask about the owner's terms and conditions and get them in writing. Find out exactly what is included and not included in the rental fee. If you find a property you like, seek out reviews from past guests. Also be cognizant of the distance of the property to the parks. Some communities may say that they are "only 10 miles" from Disney but 10 miles in busy tourist traffic can amount to quite a long time commuting.
