Sorry, i just realized that "Some Devil" was from and earlier episode. The song during the brain surgery was "Rainy Day Lament" by Joe Purdy.

I LOVED that Dave matthews was on my favorite show. I am a big fan of both and yes I too thought it sounded an awful lot like him, i will have to go check out gomez now.
