House close to Universal?? HELP PLEASE

We are doing Universal this year instead of Disney and I am soo confused as to a close area to Universal. Anybody have recomendations on which "community" is the closest.

Vista Cay Resort is the only short-term rental community ever allowed in Orange County. It has large condos and townhomes. It is built by same builder as Windsor Hills and has a 10,000 sq. foot Clubhouse with loads of amenities. The condos are 2 bed, 2 bath and 3 bed, 2 bath ranging from 1100to 2100 sq. ft. The townhomes are about 1800 sq. ft. and have 3 bed, 3-1/2bathrooms with a patio, small balcony, and garage. No individual pools but a wonderful community pool and spa. The units are well appointed. You can find them in the Orlando area on www.homeaway.com or www.vrbo.com. There is also an owner's site, www.vistacayrent.com.

Vista Cay resort is about 3 miles from Universal and 1 mile or so from Sea World, Aquatica and 6 to 8 miles from Disney property.
