Hours to call for PS

I know someone out there knows the hours I can call for PS. I know it's 7:00 am Eastern, but don't know when they close...

I have called at all sorts of times the past week. I figure that since they have visitors from all over the world someone has to be there to answer the phone. RIGHT?

Central Reservations Office (CRO) can handle all your PS events. CRO can be reached at 407-WDISNEY (407-934-7639). If you have a Disney Club card, you can call 800-933-3975 - press "3" to get to Dining. However, you can also call WDW Dining directly at 407-WDW-DINE (407-939-3463). Dining PS can be made from 7 AM to 10 PM weekdays and 7 AM to 8 PM on holidays and weekends.

Glad to help. I know it's difficult to have a conversation (let alone the very important task of making Disney priority seatings) on the phone with kids screaming in the background (at least in my house).

I'm wondering in those hours listed above are still correct. I called Saturday night up until 11 p.m. Eastern time and got an answer.

The CRO I spoke with was more helpful in getting my PS reservations than the CMs at the dining #. I think I called WDW -DINE five or six times and got nowhere fast. But today the wonderful CRO got us two out of three PS reservations in one phone call.

Go figure.
