Hours for lunch and dinner at WS restaurants

I've spent some time searching but can't find answers to my questions.

What are the serving times for lunch and dinner at the WS restaurants?

Do they close for an hour or so between services?

It varies by restaurant. Your best bet is to call Disney Dining and ask them for specifics.
