Hotwire Shipping Time Frame??

Thank you all for the concern.
I called the Hotwire today and they tried to ask me go to mail sorting facility 2 hours away from my home to locate and pick up my own mail ( also called distribution center, the place usually has 40-60 loading docks, with security gate, ..). I asked for the adress or phone number and they told me I can just call USPS to find out. I was upset, they transfer to phone to one of the supervisor. They said they will have consumer department contact me next a few days.
Here is Airborne email response - "Once the package has arrived at the USPS, DHL has fulfilled its responsibility for the shipment"
I had not hear back from USPS yet. Just hope these orders (over 1K) will show up in a few days. I should have go express mail.

Oh my gosh, Jennylen, what a mess! I didn't get an option on what type of shipping I could get. I guess I was just lucky they arrived quickly. As I said, it was Airborne Express, but I do think it was ultimately delivered by USPS as it was in my mailbox with the rest of the day's regular delivery. I'm really sorry you have to fight with USPS now. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you!
