Hotwire Savings Club?

Can someone help me on the HOtwire Saving Club? I keep reading about this and I took a quick look. Is this worth it for Canadians? Can we use these gift cards, etc in Canada or only the States? Are the park ticket deals really that much cheaper than say ticketmania? We are not interested in meal vouchers.

I also checked out the site and Canadians can register so I would think the vouchers would be able to be used in Canadian stores. You can join free for one month and from other posts I have read, it is quite simple to cancel your membership before the month ends. So it you were interested in the Disney Passes, order them and once you receive them cancel your membership.

You can sign up on Hotwire, but NOT Hotwire Savings Club. If you read the very fine print on the "Terms & Conditions"page, you will see it states "for U.S. residents only"

Ask me how I know!?!??!- I've tried every which way to get them. The computer system will happily take your "sign up fee of $1.00US, but it will not take a Canadian address." They don't even call you ,they just cancel your order in the system.

You must have a Credit card with a billing address in the States and then the cards & vouchers will be shipped to that same U.S. mailing address.

Sorry I know that's not what you wanted to hear.

but if it's ever does work let the rest of know, OK.

lol, Wendy. Thanks for the info....its too bad, sounds interesting. I never noticed a Canadian posting on it so I had a feeling it either wasn't available to us or wasn't worth it.
