Hotels in Cape Canaveral

Hello everyone!

My soon to be wife and I are driving down to Cape Canaveral for our first
cruise ever! We are honeymooning on the October 12th Western Carib. cruise
and we want somewhere to stay in the area for 3 days before. Money is a bit tighter since I got the best room I could afford (a balcony room) on the ship but I still
would like something close to the water.

My hope is we can stay close to the water and just relax by the pool or on the beach
for those three days.

I already booked a room at the Radisson Resort so I'm curious if it is still recommended
or if there is a better alternative.

The best property on the Space Coast (IMO) is the Resort on Cocoa Beach... a great place to stay for a few days, but it's rather pricey. Since you'll be staying a few days <i><b>but</b></i> money is tight, I'd recommend Royal Mansions.

If you'd like a romantic B&B that isn't on the beach but overlooks the Indian River (nice view), perhaps you'd like to consider the Indian River House.
