HotelKingdom ??

Since the search feature never seems to work when I'm
online I'll hope this question hasn't been addressed recently.
The best prices that I've seen on the internet seem to be on the
"HotelKingdom" web site. Has anyone dealt with them before ?
Are they reliable ? Would you recommend them ?

I can definitely recommend them. We've only used them once, but did not have any complaints. They are a reputable company.

We used them in December. We did have a problem, but it was resolved without grief. They were pleasant and nice to deal with on the phone and fixed the reservation right away.
We had great rates during the holidays with tax included.
Savings is well worth it!!

We used them last month and had a small problem with them overcharging us. I called and it was taken care of immed. The proble was because the price had went up the day I booked but they had not changed it on the website yet. They we very helpful. I would use them again.

I have used them twice. The first time, the resort lost our reservation somehow--brand new resort at the time who didn't seem very well organized. They did not have any of the type of rooms we had reserved thru HK so we decided to go somewhere else. HK was great about refunding the deposit very apologetic, excellent customer service! Second time, booked with them then found the resort cheaper somewhere else, did the rate champion thing and they adjusted our price immed and without question.

Definitely would recommend them!

We have used Hotel Kingdom a couple of times and were very
satisfied. I like that you only have to pay for one night up front
and not for your entire length of stay. Use them with confidence.
I'm sure you'll be pleased.
