I made reservations through hotelkingdom.com for vistana resort for sept. I called back 2 weeks later (after I still had not recieved a conformation) I then receiver my e-mail. I then called back the next day to change a day of our reservation and the reservation dept -Kim was very nice, no problem. I then receieved a new conformation this time the per night amount had gone up $12 a night (from 118.90-130.90) I then called and asked about the discrepancy she was very nice but said they NEVER have prices that low. She asked for me to e-mail her my conformation letter and she would look into it and call me right back. I then went to hotel site (after I e-mailed my confomation to her) and found the same room for $119/night . this was 4 days ago. never receieved a call or e-mail.My voice mail is messed up but I still have caller ID. I even call forworded calls to my cell phone (not to miss her call). Today I went to hotelkingdom.com and saw the price quoted at $118.90. imagine.Planning to call on monday but wanted to know if anyone has had Any problem with hotelkingdom.com before. I would like to think its just a glitch but still do not know why I have not received any calls or e-mails.I also filled out the price guarantee alert since they guarente the lowest prices or they will beat it. guess we will see.
 
We have used them 3 times and have never had a problem.
 
i also used hotel kingdom with no problems and also got rate guarantee they beat valuetrips.com by $5 per night even though value trips had the best price i have seen for the hawthorn suites
i also had to call them and adjust my dates and have had no problems i will be staying at the hawthorn suites from 24th august - sept 3 and i called hawthorn just to confirm they had my new dates and check my what my final bill should be so everything is okay, hope your reservation gets sorted out ,best of luck

I've used them twice also, and had a great experience both times. I also realize that nothing, especially in travel, is problem-proof but thank goodness you have ample time to straighten it out before you go.

Hi,

we used them this past April for the Vistana Villages and were extremely pleased with them - exceptional service. There was a minor billing error from the hotel itself, but it was corrected immediately and without complaint or hassle by hotelkingdom.

I will definitely use them again and have referred them to friends as well. I hope you get this straightened out soon. They do offer fantastic rates!

i just got a call today, they even said they have read my post on the dis boards. They were very nice about the whole thing and aplogized for any inconvence and fixed my rates and I have a new conformation. Thank you for your replys, It made me feel better to know that hotelkingdom.com does not have a bad rep and a history of problems.nothing worse than having your hotel reservations messed up to runion a vacation. but you are right , thankfuly I had plenty of time to fix things.
 
A friend of mine used them and had no problems.

However, we booked at the Vistana Villages and ended up cancelling.

1 month and 3 phone calls later, I still haven't received my deposit refund on my credit card :-(.
 
I booked a 2 bedroom several months ago for 138 / nt and now see that the same unit is $20 less a night.

Do you think I'm SOL? I didn't see anything about this situation on their site.
 
I had the same problem. I had booked at a rate of $129.90 and the rate went down to $118.90. I e-mailed them and they adjusted the rate with no problems.

Give that a try.
 
Hotel Kingdom called me back first thing this morning, and also e-mailed me to tell me that they adjusted the rate.

I'm very impressed with their customer service.

Anytime I've called or emailed them, their customer service reps have been very courteous and understanding. I'm very impressed as well.

Same problem here but different Hotel. We never got our Deposit back. :(
 
My only problem with them was I booked the HIFS and they
booked a HI near Universal. When I called after receiving my
confirmation (the address didn't match what I had) and they were
very quick to make the changes. No other problems!!
