Anyone with small kids stayed out near BW Stovalls, Alpine Inn, or the Super 8 on Katella and managed the walk? I have an 18mo in a stroller and a 4yo walking. I think my 4yo will be wiped out on the walk back, which means she would go in the stroller and my 18mo in a carrier. But my back hurts just thinking about the walk back with the carrier at night.

So I am looking for advice on other options. Should we consider the ART back (can you fold up a stroller?), or just park at M&F?

We usually stay across the street but instead of our usual 3 night stay I am trying to budget for a 5 night stay. That seems to put us further out if we want to keep rates around 100 (including parking and resort fees). It means we can take our time and not try and cram so much into two full days. But I'm not sure the price difference will be much better if we end up paying for parking or the ART each day.

Any advice or input is appreciated!

I don't really know about ART, but parking at Mickey and Friends could end up taking longer than just walking. You have to wait for a tram to take you to and from the park and then walk to your car. It may be worth it if you are more concerned about walking than the time of coming and going. Is is possible to get a cheap umbrella stroller that the 4 year old could fit in? We used to do that with 2 adults. Obviously one adult with 2 strollers would be a bit much.

ART isn't a bad option, but just know it can take awhile to get to your stop. The one time i've done it, i'm pretty sure I saw people bring on folded up strollers.

If we use ART I think it'll only be for the trip back to our room. We like to rope drop, so was worried about the time it would take to get there too.

We love BW Stovalls, but it will be a long walk for the 4 year old. My 8 year old is a trooper but it's quite a trek after walking all day too. I would do ART or double stroller.
