Hotel Suggetions Coming from Tampa

We have a late arrival in Tampa on a Saturday night next month. Was looking for suggestions between Tampa and WDW? We would not check in until around 10 pm so nothing fancy. Just looking for clean and relatively cheap.

I am trying to book something on the way to WDW.

Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations?

There are some decent hotels like Hampton Inn, etc on the Lakeland exits. Just far enough to get out of greater Tampa, but not too far that you get in the no man's land before Disney...

I would check out Hotwire. Since you get to choose what star level your hotel will be, you can't go wrong. Just check the maps to make sure it's an area that you want. I've gotten lots of hotels for less than half price including the Hyatt MCO for only $59. Hotwire is great for a 1 nt. stay.
