Hotel suggestions?

We are being married in Orlando next May and are trying to decide on hotels. We do not want to be on site of the theme parks but not too far from them (Interanational Drive maybe?). We are not able to pay an arm and leg but we want something that is clean and bright and up to date, prehaps new, with a balcony and preferrabley a kitchen (washer & dryer would be good too). We do not want a vacation home as we like the resort or hotel feeling. We would love to stay at the Floridays Orlando Resort, however, it is out of our budget. Does anyone have a suggestion on something similar or that may fit?

Cypress Pointe is nearby and has just been remodeled in all the units. You can usually get a good deal on www.hotelkingdom.com

I know that some of the nicer resorts come on Priceline, like Gaylord Palms, Omni Championsgate and Hyatt Grand Cypress however you wouldnt have the kitchen and w/d facilities you want

We stayed at the Peabody on International Drive. Very nice hotel. Maybe out of your price range. Close to most things including Disney, Universal and Sea World.

Maybe you should look into a condo like Sheraton Vistana, Vistana Villa or Bonnett Creek. They will have the kitchen and W/D you are looking for.
