Hotel on 95 in N. Florida?

Can anyone recommend a good clean hotel for a quick over night stay in North Florida on I95, say around Jacksonville? We are looking to stop for a quick overnight before boarding the cruise.

A few years back, we stayed at a pretty nice Comfort Inn that was right off 95.

Did you consider driving the extra hour or so to the port and just staying there?
