Hotel New York

hey everyone have a couple of little questions so im hopin someone can help me

im stayin in the hotel new york (in 35 days )
it will be my second time to stay there, I've never used the pool/sauna or fitness room during my stay cause my little cousin has always being with us but this time its just me and my mam going and we would be interested in using them so my first question is

1- Does anyone actually know whats in the fitness room?

2- Anyone know what hours its open?

From what I remember there was a bike, some weights, a rower & a treadmill I think.

Its not a massive fitness room. Not sure about the hours either.
