Besides WDW has anyone used a sitter from the hotel? We are going to Canada for Easter, and my DH got me tickets to see Bruuuuuuuuuce!! Although he's not a fan, he wants to use the sitter and have dinner and the concert. If this were for just my 1st born I absolutely would not do it, however, I have seemed to lighten up after the 3rd one came. I called the hotel, and spoke to the sitter, and she sounded nice. Please share your experiences good or bad. He knows I don't mind going alone to the concert, but I wuld hate to waste a ticket.

When my husband and I went to San Francisco, my DS was only 10 months old and we used a sitter that the hotel recommended. We called the sitter and asked her to come a little early so that we could meet her and our son could get comfortable with her before we left. She was wonderful! It turned out that the childcare company she worked for insisted that all of their sitters had to attend early child development classes, etc. so she was very well-informed and professional. We had a wonderful time, our son had a wonderful time and we didn't have to worry about a thing.
