bay lake towers - it is part of CR. It is a dvc resorts so you can have a studio (hotel room), 1, 2 or 3 bedroom villa. It is brand new!

In terms of the shortest distance to the Monorail station it's virtually a tie between the Contemporary and Grand Floridian. However with the Grand Floridian that would be true for Royal Palm guests since their Monorail station is located on the 2nd floor of that building, however those are the most expensive rooms being that they are all Club Level. With the Contemporary Tower rooms your an elevator ride away to the Monorail station on their 4th floor and all their Tower rooms are less expensive then the Grand Floridian Royal Palm rooms, with the exception of the two Contemporary Club Level floors.
