Hotel Aaa Question???

MY MOM PAID FOR OUR ROOMS FOR US TODAY!!! HOORAY!! my concern is she is not going with us and reserved oue rooms using her aaa card. i told her i thought she had to be there at check in, she thinks she can just give me her card?? does anyone know how this works?

I think it depends upon the hotel. I have a AAA card, and I only get asked for it at check-in about a third of the time. Maybe she could call AAA & ask them?

I have stayed at hotels many, many times and booked with the AAA discount rate. I have never once been asked for my AAA card upon arrival. In your case, especially, since the room is prepaid I can't imagine they would care.

We just got back from BWI, used my parents AAA card to book room; although we paid. We were not asked to show a card at check-in.

We always book our rooms at the AAA rate. The sites usually say you must show your card to get the rate. We have NEVER been asked to see a AAA card. We have also NEVER had to supply the number when making reservations

I booked POFQ with AAA rate last year- I had a balance due upon arrival and I was never asked to show my card.
