Hot water from Quick Service

If we were to have lunch (or breakfast) at a quick service would we be able to get a cup of hot water or would they consider this a tea/coffee type drink and charge us? I like hot water with lemon so I was wondering how it would work. Never ordered it when in the parks but might just if its possible.

They'll give you a cup of hot water at no charge.
