Hello, I did not see any discussions about this and not sure If I am posting in the correct place. I stayed at POFQ Sept 2024. the Sassagoula Floatworks had hot sauce packets that were called Monarch Hot Sauce. The package says it is distributed by U.S. foods. I have contacted them, and they do not sell directly to consumers unless you are near one of their Chef Stores, their version of a consumer outlet store, I guess. Of course, they do not have one of these stores near me in Buffalo NY!! I am addicted to this hot sauce and would welcome any help in locating this product. It also comes in gallon jugs (photo attached) which would be like Christmas!!! I have emailed WDW guest relations, waiting for a response. ANY help would be appreciated!! The search continues.......

We will have to try this on our upcoming PO Mardi Gras trip. We are also addicted to a WDW hot sauce that comes from Art Smith's Homecomin' restaurant in Disney Springs. We purchase a couple of bottles each visit even if we don't eat in the restaurant.

Do you have any restaurant supply stores in your area? Perhaps they might carry it, or have a way to order it for you.

I have gone to the supply stores near me, no luck. I even checked Amazon, I think I found the only product Amazon does not have!! LOL.

I did notice there is a separate site, order.usfoods.com, which allows you to set up a customer account and place orders for shipment. It looks like on the account set up page that they want customer accounts to be tied to a business, but I didn’t notice anything in the terms and conditions that required it. Maybe take a look around the site, read the terms and conditions for payment and shipping, and see if it would work for you. They have both the packets and gallons showing on the site. I hope you are able to find a solution to your problem.

Hi, I tried that, have even called the "local" warehouses etc. for U.S. foods and they are not willing to help. I just don't get it, to me, a sale is a sale.

My husband also loves those hot sauce packets from POFQ. Our trip in 2023, he would bring back several packets to the room each day. We left that trip with a gallon size ziplock full! :rotfl2:

We just returned from POFQ and DH said the hot sauce packets looked different and tasted different. He said they were still good but he didn't feel the need to bring these packets home. I did not look at them closely to see if they were still from Monarch like the previous hot sauce packets. Definitely post if you find a way to buy that sauce from Monarch.

Try becoming friendly with local restaurant owners and see if they do business with US Foods.

I would however think there are other labels that are the same sauce. Monarch seems to be an old brand that may have sold the name long ago. The question is to who which seems there is no answer for on the internet. If you have or someone can share a better look at the package there may be who it is made by - it could be overseas? If you have that see if there is info on what other brands they have.
Make a friend where the chef stores are - I am sure with shipping and ? this may be an expensive undertaking. They do list instacart as well so maybe someone looking to make some extra ?

The fun is in finding it.......

It's just bulk hot sauce, mostly vinegar, absolutely nothing special about it...honestly, the Great Value hot sauce at Walmart is probably exactly the same thing. Just go to Walmart and find one with the closest ingredients list and sodium content etc.

Monarch is just the house brand of US Foods which is the food service company that Disney uses, same idea as Sysco.

I am sure it is probably just a house brand that has many different labels on it, including Great Value, as you mentioned. My last try, for now, is a US Foods distribution center about 45 minutes away from me.

Have you tried any of the places that provide products to local restaurants/cafeterias/commercial kitchens/etc.? I know where I used to live there was a store like that which was also open to the public.

We do have a few of those stores here, no luck. I am starting to think the hot sauce is just a bit more of Disney Magic!!!! :-)
