Host Sightings 9/26

[Disney Dreams]

There are about 5000 people waiting on her tonight.
Lines are 30 deep in many rooms.
She only works 3 hours a day most days.
There is only one session of dream gifting today.
There are only 4 days left to get a dream.
Thousands of people are still have not got even one dream.
Time to get a move and stop playing games.


Hula is my favorite host of all.

Wow.

- We have no clue how many hours a day a host works behind the scenes
- All we know is how many hours they are publicly posted for being out and about.
- Thousands have received ears.
- Hosts have gone above and beyond to share the Dreams with as many as possible.
- Playing a game with a host is a Dream experience.
- "Time to get a move and stop playing games." Seriously?!?! I bet every single person in that game will remember that game for a very long time.

THANK YOU HULA, FIN, AND LILY FOR EVERY SINGLE THING YOU HAVE DONE THIS MONTH. THE PRIZES, THE UNIQUE SHARED MOMENTS, and ALLOWING GIFTED DREAMS. YOU ROCK!

I was letting you know, she has so many she does and will work late if she has to in order to finish. Wouldnt you think it was cool if Host Hula played a game of mansion with you. I sure would thats all.

Well, I was there, and now Hula's comments make sense! I hadn't read this thread yet, so I didn't know about the Mansion Game Controversy. Hula told us (and cat.herder was there) that she played Mansion on her own time before the dreams event started. And that she gave ears to the lobby when the game was over...which wasn't part of her dreams schedule.

I wondered why Hula would make that announcement, but now I know.

I think this ties into the comments I made there earlier about how people are passing along bad info to others as truth. Nothing irks me more than "I hear.." in relation to what is supposed to be "fact". It's comments like that which make players ask me constantly, "Do you get stuff when you become a leader?" because someone told them that we do.

Tonight's "I hear" comment was that Hosts are not granting the dream room to afk players anymore. Of course, that drove me crazy, because there's obviously no proof of this.

Ok, time for me to get off my soap box, now.

Apparently our lovely Hula may still be on the loose. I just entered a guest room and they were all saying "thanks Hula" and "bye hula" and talking about their ears. Make of it what you will....

I certainly didn't witness her there and they could have been joking but it is worth a shot to stay on a bit longer tonight.

Haunted hopes was indeed visited tonight it is bopper's room ( vmk name ppiglett ) my friend was in there and all got ears , and it was very nice that host would take time after scheduled time to visit some of these rooms. That is something they do NOT have to do....

Hula just spotted at Castle Forecourt! She was about to give ears and I meant to message Paloma and pressed button to "enter same room" as Paloma instead of "send message" so it kicked me out ! Ugh!! That would be my luck. Oh well, at least I finally saw host!

Well, i was afk in New Orleans room, but I did get the fairy pin. It was my lucky day, lol - first I win cute or boot in my very first game of it and then I win a fairy pin.

Hula just spotted at Castle Forecourt!

I was fortunate enough to be given ears by Hula AND VMK_Lion in this room!! It was neat seeing two Staff together! Was about 8 minutes 'til closing, just after the pop-up message.
I was disgusted, however, by at least two people asking for different items instead of the ears, since they already had them. One of the complainers was a Player with at least 3 of the VMK reward pins (for Best Quest, etc.)
Many many thanks to Hula and Lion!! I finally got my ears!

Thanks Adventuredaz for posting that pic.. I forgot to take one while we were playing - that sure was a lot of fun and Hula is a great player.. I won't forget that game anytime soon.

BTW, Hula played that game right before the dreams time started so I don't see how anyone could be upset
