Hopper Plus passes

My boyfriend and I will be arriving at Disney late afternoon and instead of hitting a park we were going just head over to Downtown Disney for dinner and some drinks. If we use one of our 2 plus options does that start our first day of our passes. We have a 5 day plus but aren't going into the theme parks until the 2nd day.

Nope, the plusses and the park days are independent of one another. If you go to one of the four parks at any point during a day it will use ond of your days. If you go to PI or one of the water parks, it will use one of your plusses. So you can go to PI on one day and still have 5 park hopping days.

Great thanks! I thought that might be how it worked cuz I know that un-used days don't expire.
