HOw long does the show last? Looking to eat dinner and then trick or treat. Thinking of the 6:15 show (new time as of oct this year ). We will be staying in a tent site with a pop up and have a golf cart. Not sure how the trick or treating works.

I believe 1 hour and 30-45 minutes. Are you referring to trick or treating at the campground on Halloween or going over to the MK for MNSSHP? If the campground trick or treating is what you are shooting for, then here is a link to a post about last years Halloween activities. Hope it helps.

I think the HDDR will run about 1:45 or till 8pm more or less.

Last year's trick or treating was from 7-9pm so if you do the HDDR at this time your kids will miss about half of it (assuming they can get TorT right away).

It's up to you if you want to do an earlier meal if available to leave a comfortable time to change then TorT or do the meal at this time and cut your TorT shorter.

The HDDR typically turns over pretty quickly. They have 2-3 shows per night and there's only about 15-20 minutes between meals. One group streams out, there's a brief break to bus the tables, then they start seating folks for the next show.

There are alot of activities going on Halloween night that you don't want to miss. I'd try HDR on a different night. The parade is before TOT and that is awesome. The kids love it.

Thegoofyfamily is right. So many things going on. We were there last year, and will be there this year. The golf cart parade is a must see, then trick or treating follows, so think about A different night for this terrific dinner show.

I have to agree with both PP's. If you book too many things consecutively it can be overwhelming and take away from the experience. HDDR is a fantastic(we were crying laughing nearly the whole time) show and it would just put stress on the whole group by trying to rush out of there and 'have fun' while ToT. I've tried to book too many things in one day before and all you end up with is cranky stressed out kids. You are on vacation so relax and don't put too much pressure on yourself.:cool1:
