has anyone that is gluten free done HDDR? I knew going in the menu was pretty much a gluten fest.. and even if they have no alternatives I'm still going..lol.. just wondering if anyone had any insight on if they can make anything gluten free for me..

They can make plenty of options because they share a kitchen with Trails End. They did a salad with no croutons for me, grilled chicken, ribs with no sauce (they might have a safe for you sauce but I'm allergic to soy so that limits a lot of sauces), potatoes, grilled veggies. They had the normal allergy safe pre-made desserts. I vaguely remember the corn bread being safe from someone else but not 100% on that.
