Trying to decide if I should add this to the itinerary for our upcoming trip. It will be me, dh, ds 4.5, and dd 2.5. We've already booked a character breakfast at 1900 Park Fare and a lunch at The Crystal Palace.

Is it worth the time & money? TIA :teeth:

Definitly yay...the kids will love it, I have fond memories of it when I was a kid!

:wizard: :pug:

We all loved it. It is a must do for our next trip. :cool1:

We went in Nov. and everyone LOVED it. We were seated in the far back and it was still excellent. I called to get our reservation only about 2-3 weeks before we left so I figured we would be in the balcony. The only thing I would do different would be to not get there quite so early. The kids played on the playground outside for a while and then got bored waiting. We also did Crystal Palace and that was our best meal of the week.

Loved HDDR! Been twice...it never gets old (I guess cuz it's old to begin with!).

Definitely, yay! We did it the first time when my daughter was 4 and she loved it. She is still looking forward to it when we go on our next trip at age 18. We went in 2004 with my sister, her kids, and our 79-year-old mother and everyone loved it. I think it was my mom's favorite experience in Disney World.

another vote for YAY! :Pinkbounc

We loved it, we were there this past August and everyone in our group of 10 Loved It!!! :grouphug:
My son was the youngest at 5 and he cant wait to go back, we are planning our upcoming December trip and he says that he wants to go there again, and that was above all the character meals!

Go and have fun!

I saw it for the first time last night and was in tears laughing at one point. Its a great shop. I would say its a very fair price for the food/show. I left feeling sick I ate so much.

How is it if you have no kids.....Should we do it with just adults or no???

couldn't give a bigger yay.........have been 5 or six times and never grows old......food is good and show is excellent.......one of my favorite things at WDW........

I've probably been 6 times and love it. It's one of my DH's favourite things in all of WDW. The humour is corny but the cast is very talented and you get a good, homestyle meal. And for adults it's all you can drink ;)

Great timing! I just made our reservations for this today and was second-guessing myself when she told me the total cost! We are going to do it our last night in Disney :( At least it sounds like we will be guaranteed a great last night!
Had to go to the 5:00 show though so if you think you want to do it, book it now--the 7:15 was already full!

We have done the HDDR on almost every trip. We are going in August and my 2 teenage sons almost flipped when I asked if they wanted to skip it this trip!

YAY! You must do the "Hoop"!

Has anyone done this with a large party?? I am planning on 8 people, will we get a horrible table??

Has anyone done the late show with kids...do they hold up??

we did it with six and it was fine. also ask when they let you in to sit on the upper balcony. it has the best view and only a few tables but they ARE very large. these are premo seats. the food is unbelievable.
