My daughter and I are going to the 4pm show on July 4th. I thought we would explore the fort after the show. Will things still be open around six? I thought of doing it before but I don't want to be all sweaty before dinner. My daughter's 13 and we're open to all there is to do. Also, if we stay and watch the boat parade (cannot think of the name!) what's the best way to get back to all star sports? We won't have a car. We're taking the mk boat to get there so will the boat back be best with all of the crowds or is there a better way?

The Electrical Water Pageant is what the boat parade is called and in July it probably will pass the fort around 9:30. After dinner since you have some time I would walk up the road and catch the campfire and have a few smores for dessert and meet Chip n Dale. Then walk back to the beach which is right where you get off the boat and watch the parade. The boat back to the MK will be your best bet, most of the crowds will be coming from the MK, the ride from the Fort should not be to busy.

Electrical water Pageant is at 9:45p every night at the Ft. Since July 4th falls on a friday-I'm sure their will be the 4th of july fireworks and they are great to see from the ft. It will be packed on the beach. Don't forget you can see the campgrounds on the wagon ride located outside of Hoop Dee Doo.

The electrical water pageant! I don't know WHERE boat parade came from! I was hoping to see some fireworks from the beach but I wasn't sure if they would be visible. Is there seating at the beach or do u usually stand around?

Definitely will plan on the campfire and movie but we may forgo the s'mores since we'll be stuffed from dinner.

We had a great time at the frozen movie last night. For the boAt pagent and fireworks the beach does have limited chairs to watch from. Perhaps throw a throw away table cloth in your bag to put down to sit on
