Hoop De Doo only category 3 available??

Hi all. I've been reading past posts regarding current issues with booking Hoop De Doo and wanted to add my experience. This morning I was making our ADRs for our March 2017 trip and was disappointed to see that show times were available but only for Category 3 seating. That's a huge bummer to us, not sure I want to sit in the balcony. I also find it odd that every date and show time of our trip is sold out in categories 1 and 2. I even tried our departure day and still only Category 3 available. Am I the only one that thinks this is a little crazy??
