Hoop de doo & DDP

I tried using my reservation numberon the Disney web page dining reservations to get my ADR's for February trip. It worked like a charm on everything but the Hoop de doo revue. We have the dining plan but as far as I can get it to work, it wants me to pay up front. I know I don't have to do that right? How do I get my reservations, do I need to call and not use the web page?

Because it is a show, I would just call and place the Ressie that way.

If you have a dining plan on your room reservation, the site is supposed to take that into consideration and not charge you in full, but apparently that works very rarely. You may need to make that reservation by phone unless you want to pay it and get it refunded when you arrive.

Thanks to you both. I will try calling them in the morning. I was just kind of surprised to get a bill at the end of the reservation.
