Hi...we are going on our honeymoon in about three weeks and I was wondering if there are any special things that people have done at Disney...anyone done spas? We are doing a specialty cruise on the first night...but need more ideas!! Thanks!!!!! :earsgirl:

You could always do a carriage ride or rent one of the bycycles built for two on the boardwalk.

Also, they have jetskis and boats for rent.

on our honeymoon we did the specialty cruise for the MK fireworks, and we rented watermice during the day-- we also stayed concerige for our honeymoon, it was nice and we felt pampered. I know I didn't tell you anything new, but I wanted to share anyway.

I scheduled a scavanger Hunt for my wife through Gifts of a Lifetime. She loved it.

If you can get a reservation, have dinner at Victoria & Albert's...it was wonderful and memorable :)

We did a carriage ride at fort wilderness (i think) it was right where they did the hoop de doo review. That was a lot of fun, very scenic and they give you champagne. It was on 4th of July so we ended up watching the fireworks from the beach there, not the best view, but very uncrowded.

We also had dinner at yachtmen steakhouse which was very good. They brought us out a speacial desert tray and spelled out congratulations in chocolate, after dinner we went to La Nouba.

Also, don't forget to wear the ears. It was so much fun and you get so much attention and positive energy.

We had such a good time on our honeymoon that we'll be back for our 1 year anniversary in July.

On our honeymoon last year, we did the spa at Grand Floridian-massages were wonderful! We also did a few special dinners-our favorite is California Grill. We also saw La Nouba in DTD. Great show! I also suggest the illuminations cruise, or the carriage ride.
We wore our bride and groom baseball caps from home anmd had a blast-it was so magical to be congratulated so much! When you make any dinner reservations, be sure to have them note it is your honeymoon! :)

they have a couples spa treatment at the grand floridian which is great, me & my fiance really enjoyed it & its so relaxing after a long day at the park. we also have enjoyed the illuminations & moonlite specialty cruises, you two will really enjoy it, its so magical! and we've done some of the behind the scene tours like dolphins in depth at epcot which is an educational encounter with dolphins and the backstage safari tour at animal kingdom, we've never seen giraffes & elephants that close, highly recommend either.

another suggestion is to always mention its your honeymoon, make sure its noted on your hotel reservation & mention when making your ps's and when sitting down for meals, our favorite restaurants are the world showcase pavilion venues at epcot like le cellier, alfredos, san angel inn, sommerfest, marrakesh & bistro de paris, also have dinner at cinderella's royal table at mk it has such a great ambiance inside the castle. and like others disers have suggested wear the mickey/minnie wedding ears they create a buzz amongst cm's & guests.

congratulations & have a great trip!
