I received a gift certificate for The Honeybaked Ham Company. I've never been there. What's good?

The hams! Seriously...I just ordered one for our Christmas party last week and it was the best ham I have ever had!

They also have good deli sandwiches. They put honey on the bread with the ham! yummmmmmm

You don't say how much your certificate is for but since it sounds like you've never bought one before I'll warn you that the hams are pretty expensive. We always get a half ham for Christmas and I usually spend about $65, and that's with a coupon.

Also (I'm not sure about everywhere) down here you have to call ahead and reserve the size you want and the date you want it, and then stand in line to pick it up with all the other holiday ham buyers.

I've always gone to the HB store, so I don't know if there's any difference in taste, etc. having it shipping instead.

20 years ago I got a HBH gc for Christmas from my company... I didn't even LIKE ham...

20 years later and 24 hams later, it's STILL my favorite ham!

They also have great sides and turkey breast. The cheesecake brownies are to DIE for!!!

they sell more than ham, they have a LOT of sides and desserts, the OP might have wanted to know about some of those, i think we all get its pretty obvious the Ham will be good at the honey baked ham store....

THE HAM!!!

Honestly, it's the best honeybaked ham out there. All other are pale imitations to the REAL THING.

My now ex-boyfriend's mother got one for Thanksgiving one year. YUM!

Thanks everyone. The GC is for $30.00. I told my DSIL about it and she said pretty much the same thing everyone here did. She also asked when she was invited over for ham!
