Hmmm... How did I spend my day? On the DIS of course.

Sure I shoveled, vacuumed, and made dinner. Also spent some time with DS, but a majority of the day I parked my butt in the computer chair, gathering up information.
My DH told me that I needed some sort of support group. I told him, "I do - the DIS!" He politely informed me you're all not a support group, you're enablers.

What's that suppose to mean?
What did I do today around here? Well, I started a fridge swap for Pop! I needed one and there were no available dates so I grabbed the bull by the horns and made it happen with the help of janjandis. (thanks by the way!) So, if anyone's looking for a fridge, I know where you can find one!
Took some time to put our TGM recommending touring days and ADRs into a handy dandy spreadsheet. Also found the items available for snack credits, and copied our restaurant menus into a Word file so we could drool, plot, and plan our selections.
What else? A change of ADRs of course! DH got on the DIS last night (he had to read my PreTR and see if I was representing him in an accurate manner. What? No faith in me?) He hopped on to the menus and he decided that Coral Reef sounded better than LeCellier, especially in the terms of having something for our DS to watch while we wait for our food. Okay. I can do that.
We also decided to drop 50s Prime Time Diner in exchange for Hollywood and Vine's Fantasmic package. Buffets are more friendly to our son where we can get in, get our food without waiting, and he can have a choice. Plus, then we won't have to get to Fantasmic quite so early that night.
Well, I got on the phone and my ADR mojo was working again! We got everything we wanted at perfect times for us!
Coral Reef at 5:10pm.
H&V at 5:10 (which amazed me - I figured we'd get something like 3:30)
Plus, I asked if there was an in between time for Chef Mickeys (yesterday 8:30 was the latest earliest time -
does that make any sense? - and the next were after 10:30.) Today there was an opening at 9:25! This way if we don't get a rental car, we can still make it there using Disney transportation.
I also had them note that we'll be celebrate our 9th anniversary on this trip as well as DH's 38th birthday. The trip is the week in between these two special events, so that ought to be special!
While I was on the phone, I asked if they would put a request in for our room location - asked for the top floor as the most important request, and then something in the 50s building. Couldn't quite ask for the Tramp section... I think I would have laughed too hard!
(PrincessAlways - you know what I'm talking about! All this talking about swaps and now tramps was making my DH eyebrows raise! He did get a kick out of it when I told him the suggested section... and his arms pumped up in the air... until I kicked him. Amazing we've made it 9 years!
)
So needless to say DH is getting into this trip too (and thankfully more than just swaps and tramps). Man, I love this guy!

(I hope he reads this installment!

That oughta earn me some brownie points!)
Oh, the other thing I haven't told you guys... we're going to try to keep this a secret from our DS! (Which we almost blew to pieces tonight... That almost didn't take us long!) I think we're going to burst - before DS, DH would always convince me to open up our Christmas presents at least week early! We'll see how long we can make this secret last!
