Once again, I'm not trying to be mean. I really don't like being flammed on the boards. And I'm not saying I don't feel bad for her. I have complete respect for anyone who has been in a cancer battle. Cancer is in my family's genes. I may actually get it too. And I'm not saying that I will feel her pain. I most likely never feel how she feels.

But I'm just saying Sammy isn't immature. I know her. She and I go on the DIS Chat daily.

I've seen far worse on this board. I won't call out names either.

But I can bring up a few points where you've gotten cancer mixed in with the topic. People instantly get the puppy dog eyes, and come running. Sweetie, I'm not saying people caring is a bad thing. In fact, I can see some advantage points there involving boys...

But to make it a long story short, besides cancer you're not much different from us.

Actually, it's not always that way.
In a lot of cases, guys are afraid to invest themselves emotionally in someone who has cancer. They're afraid to lose them, they're afraid that it will drain them, they're just afraid in general.
Heck, I'd be afraid myself if the person I liked/loved had cancer, but I'd still love them all the same. It's just not everybody is like that. Some people care more about themselves than the ones they love.

your definitely not using cancer as an excuse for anything... its not like your going around taking advantage of anyone or anything... your a very strong person, and something like cancer is really tough.. so im fine with all of the threads you make... and just because people sympathize and support you, doesnt mean theyre sucking up to you.. so dont believe otherwise

I think its basically about multiple threads, instead of keeping it all in one place.
I do wish you the best, and I can relate to you as well. My grandma has breast cancer, and it is really upsetting. But she caught her's very late and she isn't doing too good; I wish it weren't true, but I know it is.
We all need to rant sometimes, and here is a good place to do it.
