I don't think its the same as the HSM or Vanessa Hudgens threads.

Because it's not.

Most of you, have never had to go through chemotherapy. I haven't, I haven't had to deal with a moment of pain in my life. The way Sonya describes it, it sounds like hell. She's going through a horrible rough time. She's 14, isn't going to be able to walk after this surgery. Can you imagine? Her best friend, didn't even want to schedule time with her before it.
How would you feel?
The TB, is always a place for venting about your problems. If I had cancer, I'd probably post ten times as many as her.

I'm one of those people, who everytime they see a thread that she's written about it, they click it and read it because I care if how it's going. I'm not clicking because it's a thread. It's not annoying. It's a persons life, it's what she's had to deal with for the last forever.

All night I've been close to swearing my head off, saying some things that would get me banned.
Don't you ever, ever compare her cancer to something as frivellous as a stupid scandal that means nothing, or a book. It's her life.

I also tottaly agree that it just gets annoying when there are lot of cancer threads on here if you could just use one thread for all your post that would be alot nicer. I'm not trying to get you made or anything... But all i ever see you post about is cancer i know that it would be hard when you have cancer and all but maybe it would help if you went on to other boards i'm not trying to get you made and hope that your surgery goes well tomorrow did you see Boey on Extreme Homemakeover she sure was a cutey and i kept thinking about you

I didn't compare her cancer either of those.
I simply stated that the whole thing about having a lot of different threads about her illness was a little...i dunno how else to say this...annoying.

Why can't you give her more grace for what she's been through?

Every living moment, mentally, emtionally, spiritually, physically is it a challenge. Alot of us can't even begin to think what that must feel like minute by minute!!

So, why not give her a little extra attention?

This is NO WHERE like people posting a ton abpout some silly celeb or a movie. What this girl is going through is ALOT and I imagine that it is weighing heavy on her mind every minute of the day. I know I cannot even come close to the stuff she must be going through and I will support every thread she wants to use as an outlet to get some of that off of her mind.

I agree...people having different opinions do make up the DIS.
