Homewood Suites - Hospitality Way

Has anyone stayed at Homewood Suites - Hospitality Way?
I have found reviews on Homewood Suites but not this one which is the closest to Universal and Islands. I believe it is near wet and wild and Skull Kingdom.
I think I have seen somewhere it is new, anyone know how new?
Any reviews on service or cleanliness etc. would be appreciated.
I have the chance of staying here in Oct for $38/ night incl tax. which I think sounds a good price.

The homewood suites hotel directory says this hotel was schedueld to open the first quarter of 2003. I found positive reviews on www.tripadvisor.com. How did you get such a good rate if you don't mind me asking? I think that is a very good rate for homewood suites.

Thank you for responses. I have booked 13 nights in Oct for a total of $500 (£22/night x 13 = £286 x $1.75/£1 = $500 inclusive) Don't know if it is a mistake or a promotion to get UK residents to US but it's booked and I have the voucher.
I booked the Radisson Parkway last October thru an Italian website (www.venere.com) they made a mistake at $45/ night but they honoured the booking.
This deal has been booked thru airnet.co.uk, don't know if available to UK only but on booking form it asks country of residence so don't see why other countries can't book. I use them for Dollar car hire always cheaper than Dollar direct. They do seem to get good deals on some hotels.

My husband stayed at this Homewood Suite when he went to Halloween Horror Nights in October. He said the place was very nice with a decent size room and kitchenette. Everything was clean and neat. He only stayed for 3 nights but was well pleased. It was also only 5 minutes from the hotel to the Universal parking lot. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
