I have to run Kimmy...well I can't really run...because I twisted/sprained my ankle/foot while I was walking for the couch to the recliner...don't ask me how I did it...I have the ability to trip over air...I thought I was fine but my foot started to bruise immediately and is very swollen...I'm having trouble moving my toes so we put a brace on it and ice...we'll see how it is in a 1/2 hour...but I'm going to sign off for the night...it hurts a lot...I just didn't want you to think I disappeared!

I think I have used too much afrin today. My nose is burning. I don't breathe thru my mouth well therefore I stock up on the nose clearer outer

Afrin is addictive! You can get rebound effects from it. Only use once in morning and once in evening for no more than 3 days!!
Buy a saline spray. Much safer. Can be used as often as needed.
