I have seen some cute outfits that people make, or have made for the kids to wear in disney. Has anyone done this before?? I would LOVE to see the outfits!!! I am thinking about it for the kids.

Unfortunately I don't have a way to put up pictures. I usually make mine out of normal fabrics, not the fancy scratchy stuff, I also usually line my stuff with a nice soft fabric and I use all cotton so it's breathable.

I made 2 of the cutest little outfits for my 2 DGD's.
I don't have the pics with me, but will try to remember to post them when at home.
I took a pair of overalls and attached a Minnie Mouse skirt around the waist. On the bib, I affixed a Minnie Head with the Bow to match the skirt. I applied patches on the legs and ruffles of the Minnie MOuse polka dot material at the hem. They were too cute they wore them to the Back Yard Bar-B-Que.

Also, a friend took a onesie and attached a skirt made of Princess Fabric and cut out a small picture of the princesses from the fabric and attached it to the bodice of the Onesie. They were cute as well.

I can't sew to save my life but I did have a pair of Minnie custom overalls made for my daughter last year by a very talented woman. They were adorable--even mInnie herself like them--LOL

If I knew how to attach a picture here, I would.

This year, I had a simple set done since it's so hot but I haven't gotten it in the mail yeat. I hooe it arrives soon, we leave in 10 days!!

Those are great!! I wish I could see the ones that you have made. I think the homemade outfits are adorable!!!!!!!!!

My family was meeting up with my younger cousins ( 5 and 8) in Disney World and I made some "finding Nemo" tie blankets and made matching pooh pj shorts. I packaged it up with a note from "mickey" and they found it on their steps. That's all the boys talked about on the trip. They kept telling everyone that mickey sent them gifts before they left.

I just finished Peter Pan for my 3 year old son and I'm getting ready to make him a Prince Philip costume. He wants to wear it to the Princess Breakfast so he can kiss Princess Aurora!

Here's the Peter Pan costume:

And disregard the cowboy boots in this one - he has brown felt slip-ons to wear when he plays inside!
