A quick question: we are getting picked up by the magical express at 2.50 tomorrow. We have to leave our room at 11. Do we contact bell services to store our luggage and is there a charge for this?

No charge to leave bags with bell services (other than a tip!) We just did this last week, but had a bit of a wait as they had no bell hops available so if you know when you want to leave best to call them earlyish.

We. Got up early dropped the bags off at bel services at OKW and then headed to DHS for a bit. Make sure you leave time to get back and collect your bags as bel services can be really busy so you might have to wait to get your bags back.
