I sold my contract (okw) last year, but kept my small point add-on at BWV. If I were now to purchase SS points (a larger number than the BWV contract), could I transfer the points from the SS contract to the BWV contract, if i wished to do that?

No legitimate reason to do that other than to make a reservation. MS is pretty good about allowing you to transfer between contracts to make a reservation as long as it doesn't violate the 11/7 month reservation rules. In other words if you needed 12 points to make a reservation at the BWV but only had 8 points in the BWV contract, MS would transfer the points for you, but only if the date you were reserving at the BWV was 7 months or less away.

If I rented points from another member to transfer to me, would those transfer points go to my BWV contract or the larger point SS contract?

If you were getting SSR points , they would go to the SSR contract and if you were getting BWV points, they would go to the BWV contract. My understanding is that you could choose if it were points from any of the other resorts.

If the contracts were not linked, you might be able to back door into using the SSR points for BWV at the 11 months window if you transferred the points. Unfortunately, it is often possible to do so.
