I am looking forward to the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade...it is my favorite part of Thanksgiving Sarah have you ever been to the parade?

Even when I was living in Manhattan, I never saw it in person. Mostly out of laziness but also because it's usually so cold. This year, it won't be.

45 degrees. It's cloudy and chilly.

At Mom's work her department adopts a family each year and buys Christmas presents for them. This year we have a family of 8...there are 6 children and the parents. Mom is always in charge of doing the shopping (people donate money throughout the year for this) but this year my friend and I are doing the shopping so we can get volunteer hours It is always a fun thing to do! I think we are going to go out Saturday to buy everything

Sounds like my kids, they will wrap in a blanket and eat a popsicle or ice cream.

It was ok...not hard but not easy

No Hancock tonight, Redbox didn't have it.
I did rent Wall E, but there was drama

DD12 opened the case in the store and we saw that it was NOT wall e
but a imation recordable disc with the bar code glued on, you could see the glue oozing around......

I called Redbox from the store and they said to return it and they would take it out of circulation...and send me a free rental via email.

No Wall E though.

DD then picked Meet Dave......PG, she was happy about it.

Thanks Sarah We got the Dole Whip with pinapple ice cream...next time I would get it with vanilla...the juice was awesome though

Here is the rest of the drama at the store:

DD12 got a drinkable yogurt smoothie thing
and when we got home
we didn't have it

she blames younger DD for NOT putting it in the bag
it is on the bill

She is more upset about that than anything
she wanted that drink!

Don't worry, the peanut M & M's WERE in the bag
