When I came home from taking away dinner (love that term)
there was a doe in my front yard, right in front of my front door!
I flashed the high beams at it, so DD9 (my travel companion) could see too
and the deer ran over to the neighbors, to join her sister

there is a little stream that runs between our houses,
they were getting a drink!

I have lots of squirrels running across my roof and a stray cat that has almost been living on my porch. Can't compare to a deer!

Being that I have lived in the city my entire life, I can't imagine not having the stores close by.
We only just got some Target stores, in the area, within the last year or two.
